I'm Irene and I am the owner of Irene’s Braids. I have been a professional braider for over 15 years. I am extremely adamant about staying up to date on the newest styles and trends to make sure your braids are perfect. I specialize in box braids, crochet braids, knotless braids & scalp braids better known as "Cornrows.”
One of my favorite things about the braid industry is that it's constantly changing. I'm always staying up to date with the latest techniques to ensure I’m constantly becoming a better braider. Please note, that I love to ensure my clients have the best experience by me, & remain able to maintain their braids. So, I educate all of my clients about new products to help with their style for a longer period of time, and show them how to style their hair at home. My goal is to make sure every client looks good after each appointment and in between visits.
To book an appointment with me a $50 (Non-refundable) deposit is required to confirm your appointment. All deposits will count towards your service. However, if you cancel there will be no refund of your your deposit.
If you miss your appointment or cancel at any time, your deposit will not be applied to any future appointments outside of the month you've booked for.
My salon located in Suwanee,GA. Once you choose a service and pay your deposit the address to my salon will be displayed with your secured appointment confirmation email.
Please make sure that you’re on time for all appointments. You have a 10 minutes grace period.
Your card used is subject to be charged in full if you do NOT cancel within 72 hrs. Deposits & final payments are (NON-REFUNDABLE).

HOW SCHEDULING / CALENDAR WORKS
Calendars are available on a month to month basis. On the 15th day of each month a new calendar will be available. Appointment spots will go very fast. I only offer two appointments per day, 8:30am & 2:00 p.m Mon-Fri for braiding services. Saturdays are private classes only, Sunday-closed. If you do NOT see the time you want for the service you need, it means that time is no longer available. If you see a blank calendar with a notice that says
( NO AVAILABILITY FOR THIS MONTH ) means that the current month your trying to book for is completely booked out.It does not mean the entire year is completely booked. Future months are intentionally blocked off. A new calendar will be available on the 15th day of each month by 9pm.
CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
To cancel your appointment, it must be done within a 72hr time frame of your original appointment date ( NO EXCEPTIONS). Please log into your email account that was used and search for your confirmation email that was sent confirming your appintment. Once you find that confirmation email you will then select Cancel.
When rescheduling, please email me @irenesbraids@gmail.com to help you reschedule. Please note that you can NOT reschedule into a new month! You are only permitted to reschedule within the same month that your original appointment was booked.
I do NOT service younger children. Ages 14 and up can be serviced by me. Please note that ages 14 and up will fall under the price list shown below. Parents please note that you must be comfortable leaving your child during the visit and pick up once your child is done.

⚠️Please DO NOT SKIP OUT on selecting your braiding hair color, Desired Length choice etc. Those options help me prepare your hair in advance.
⚠️When scheduling your appointment with me, please leave a WORKING phone number and ACTIVE email address for me to contact you!
Please note: NO CHILDREN or EXTRA VISITORS ALLOWED.
If you are a client who "Works From Home" please note that my salon suite is a quiet environment to complete work assignments while being service. Wifi is provided during your service. You MUST have head phones should you need to listen in on a conference call, listen to music, video chat etc.

Cash - please bring exact amount due I do NOT keep change.
I do NOT accept any other form of payment. Please make sure to have your choice of payment on hand before your service starts.
FINAL PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please note that the system will NOT give to you a final break down of payment due when booking lengths longer than Mid-Back. You must do your deduction and please bring exact amount due if you bring cash.
